BTS Landscaping, based in Morris County, NJ, is a leading landscaping company known for its commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction. We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team.
Position Overview:
As a Construction Project Manager at BTS Landscaping, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring project success.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Focus:
Manage customer relationships from post-sale to project completion.
Communicate project schedules and customer expectations.
Resolve customer issues promptly.
Ensure timely collection of payments.
Achieve overall customer satisfaction.
Financial Performance:
Achieve gross margin targets as outlined in the budget.
Coordinate purchasing and subcontractors to meet budget standards.
Team Development:
Coach and develop your team to achieve their deliverables.
Build and maintain a qualified field team.
Conduct regular performance reviews.
Quality Assurance:
Ensure work aligns with company standards and customer expectations.
Address quality issues promptly.
Manage warranty work and customer complaints.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Knowledge of landscaping and construction industry practices.
Valid driver's license.
Compensation:
Annual Salary: Competitive, commensurate with experience. ($70,000-90,000)
