BTS Landscaping is a high-end, boutique landscape company serving Morris County since 1995. We specialize in refined residential outdoor environments and pride ourselves on craftsmanship, organization, and long-term client relationships.
We are seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead high-end landscape construction projects from sales handoff through final completion.
This is not a transactional management role. This is an opportunity to lead sophisticated outdoor construction projects within a respected, systems-driven organization.

You will oversee projects from sales transition to final delivery, ensuring:
Clear scheduling and production planning
Strong customer communication and satisfaction
Gross margin alignment and budget performance
Subcontractor coordination and quality control
Superintendent and field team leadership
Efficient yard, vehicle, and equipment oversight
Contribution to company snow operations
You will play a key leadership role in maintaining BTS’s standards, profitability, and client experience.

Qualifications
5+ years of construction operations or project management experience (landscape industry preferred)
Strong financial acumen (P&L, gross margin management, budgeting)
Ability to read and interpret construction plans and contracts
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
Strong leadership and communication skills
Valid driver’s license
Willingness to work on-site in Randolph, NJ
