Directly manage, coach, and hold accountable the Construction Superintendent.
Partner with the Superintendent to build and maintain a high-performing field team.
Help recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing Construction team.
Maintain accountability for Construction vehicles, equipment, and production resources.
Quality Assurance:
Ensure work is completed in accordance with BTS quality standards and customer expectations.
Identify problems early and take corrective action to protect schedule, quality, and profitability.

Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and hold employees accountable.
Strong understanding of landscape construction methods, materials, and sequencing.
Ability to read and understand landscape plans, specifications, and project scopes.
