BTS Landscaping is a boutique, high-end landscape firm serving Morris County and surrounding areas since 1995. As we approach 30 years in business, we continue to raise the standard for professionalism, systems, and quality in the landscaping industry.

We are seeking a Landscape Crew Foreman / Horticulture Foreman who takes pride in craftsmanship, leads by example, and wants more than “just another landscaping job.”

What You’ll Do

You’ll lead and work alongside a dedicated crew performing:

• Garden maintenance and fine horticultural care

• Planting, pruning, weeding, and bed maintenance

• Seasonal container installations and holiday décor

• Daily job-site coordination and quality control

• Client communication on-site

• Safe operation of trucks and equipment

• Time and material tracking

• Maintaining clean, organized vehicles and tools

This is a hands-on leadership role — not just supervision from a distance.
